COMMUNITY DAY TRAINING SERVICES

Crosspoint’s Community Day Services program works to ensure that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve greater independence, personal choice, self-awareness, and wellness opportunities. With the support of highly skilled staff, individuals with disabilities become involved in their communities, develop relationships, skills, and abilities to realize their full potential.  Our program encourages creativity and self-expression through activities and classes to practice and build life skills. Our Person Served go out into the community with a job coach to a job to learn to work independently.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Crosspoint offers supervised living options to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness throughout the Danville community.  Each supervised living arrangement is staffed by Crosspoint’s dedicated staff, who help individuals complete daily tasks and work to assist people in achieving their goals and fully participating in community life. Everyone who receives residential services can participate in any of Crosspoint’s community day services, vocational, skills training or therapy services, depending on their needs.  All activities are part of an environment that promotes hope and opportunities to thrive. Residential Care Coordination assists residents with appointments, coordinating family visits and programs. Skills Training follows a curriculum for building life skills working toward independence.
