Big Brothers Big Sisters (Vermilion)

Non-profit
"Bigs" Needed

Defend the potential of Vermilion County youth by offering 4 hours a month or 1 hour a week to meet with your "little." You will provide support and guidance to your "little", modeling a positive lifestyle and gaining a friend at the same time. We ask for an ongoing 1 year commitment, paired with the same child. You must go through an enrollment process, which includes an application, interview and background check. Ignite potential in your "little" by spending time together, exploring parks, visiting museums, taking in sporting events, or seeing a new movie. The possibilities are endless!!

Anything you can do

If you have a skill chances are some one can use your help. It's a great way to love your neighbor and begin building Christlike relationships. You can use any talents you have to benefit our neighbors. We periodically have neighbors that need help mowing, moving or getting to appointments. Other may need help with minor household repairs.
