We know that healthy choices are not always easy and affordable, especially on a limited budget. Through interactive nutrition and cooking classes we teach the knowledge and skills necessary to help participants make healthier meals, spend their food budgets more wisely, and make healthy living a natural part of their day. Our partners include schools, faith-based organizations, park districts, early childhood centers, and more, to provide evidence-based, learner-centered education and skill building. Our goal is to reach residents where they are in the community which is why our programs are 100% mobile.
